Hybrid - Ewing, NJ

The Infrastructure and Modern Delivery Manager is responsible for the management of multiple domestic and international project delivery teams that will cover a multitude of areas including Corporate, Sales, Manufacturing, and R&D locations. These teams deliver global IT infrastructure, modern workplace solutions, and small web development applications. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, modern workplace technologies, and web development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.

This position requires technical knowledge in addition to effective organization and project management skills. The ability to understand and help develop the project and user requirements along with the ability to understand how the system design specifications are able to meet those requirements is a key factor to success in this position.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of cloud services, network infrastructure, modern workplace solutions, and small web development applications.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, and web applications.
• Responsible for the day to day management of internal and external third party delivery resources
• Provides direct leadership to project delivery teams.
• Directly supervises third-party delivery resources to ensure compliance with established Church & Dwight policies and procedures.
• Manages relationship with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to applicable MSA and SOW agreements
• Responsible for project delivery including scope management, delivery quality, and adherence to budget.
• Assists project manager with development and delivery of project documentation where required.
• Facilitates effective "hand over to support" activities to ensure the ongoing success of delivered projects.
• Exercises effective judgment and independent decision making.
• Performs post-implementation reviews to understand any defects, lessons learned or contributors for success for delivered projects.
• Project may require travel to domestic and international locations to oversee project delivery and ensure successful execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or equivalent experience in data communications, network and server operating environments
• Five or more years' experience in managing the deployment of IT Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and Web development.
• Three or more years of vendor management including offshore vendor management experience
• Three or more years of information system project management or project delivery experience (preferred)

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure preferred), network infrastructure, modern workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, CoPilot), and web development frameworks.
• Ability to understand and explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical people
• Strong written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Strong desire to understand the needs of the customer and the business while demonstrating the ability to apply the appropriate technology and process to solve the business requirements
