As the Digital Designer Fellow, Digital Product, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and innovative digital experiences for our customers. This role is crucial to driving the user experience (UX) vision and translating complex requirements into seamless, user-centered product designs. You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create designs that meet both user needs and business goals. This role demands a strong portfolio, advanced design expertise, and a passion for driving design excellence across all stages of the product lifecycle. Essential Duties:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience of similar role at another company/companies at scale as part of a digital transformation (complex business environment) or launch of a digital business; Ability to design low/high-fidelity prototypes at scale in multiple platforms/channels; Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional business and engineering team at scale globally; Expertise in designing for complex enterprise-level applications or digital platforms; executive presentations Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary, information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $12,476.52/month - $22,873.62/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
