Ayco's Corporate Benefit & Compensation team is focused on learning the benefit offerings of each of our corporate clients, training our financial counselors to help clients maximize use of their plans, and providing trend and thought leadership support to our corporate partners.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Act as the main benefit liaison for a designated number of corporate partners.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients and develop a deep understanding of their benefit and compensation plan offerings.
  • Act as a resource on benefit & compensation technical and company-specific questions from advisors on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, changes and planning opportunities.
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with corporate clients as well as internal stakeholders who support our corporate partnerships.
  • Proactively act as a resource to our corporate partners and prospects on industry trends, best practices and new developments in benefit and compensation plans.
  • Conduct company-specific trainings for financial advisors
  • Proactively monitor and research industry trends and new developments in benefit and compensation plans that can be leveraged to develop thought leadership for our corporate partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Business, Human Resources, or Communications preferred



  • At least 3 years of experience in retirement plans and/or executive compensation required
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn other analytic tools a plus
  • Ability to break down large and complex sets of data
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $60000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
