Job Description

The Beverage Cart Attendant will serve our guests, providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness and stocking levels to ensure smooth running day-to-day operations.



Responsibilities

    Take guest's order in a professional manner while up-selling whenever appropriate.
  1. Stocking and ordering of food and inventory.
  2. Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
  3. Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges and credit card charges according to procedures.
  4. Maintain four-star service at all times.

HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Report any Micros issues immediately to Beverage Manager.
  • Maintain a high accountability of personal cash drawer.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Assist in other departments as needed
  • Attend monthly departmental meetings

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:

  • Beverage Cart


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year restaurant or hotel experience.
  • Good food and service knowledge.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good driving skills
  • TIPS certification required
