Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) SME to lead the development and refinement of multi-domain battle management aids and operational TTPs at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. This position requires expertise in operational planning, mission execution, and joint fires integration. Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine TTPs and CONOPS to support targeting and engagement processes across multi-domain operations.
- Integrate real-world operational challenges into test scenarios, ensuring scalability and applicability to combat environments.
- Collaborate with warfighters and operational stakeholders to refine battle management processes and improve decision-cycle efficiency.
- Align test outputs with Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO), long-range fires, and CJADC2 initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to test participants on the implementation of new TTPs and test-driven operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in joint targeting, distributed maritime operations, and operational-level warfighting concepts.
- Strong understanding of multi-domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) integration.
- Experience in TTP development, operational assessment, and doctrine refinement within a Combatant Command or Service component.
- Familiarity with DoD net-centric warfare efforts, including CJADC2, Joint Fires Network (JFN), and Project Convergence.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
