To learn more about UCR Health, please visit: www.ucrhealth.org The Clinic Manager (Multi-Specialty) is responsible for the managerial and administrative functions of a healthcare clinic with a focus on optimal patient outcomes. This will include, but not limited to all supervision, daily operations, human resource management, revenue cycle. Oversee the care and management of leads, front office representatives, medical assistants, technicians, professionally licensed providers, and patient care coordinators. Has administrative oversight for mid-level providers and staff physicians for timekeeping, scheduling, etc. Additionally, supports providers guides the team to assure timely access to care and high quality of services. Takes initiative and shape program direction through strategic networking, and collaboration. The full salary range for the Clinic Manager (Multi-Specialty) is $81,500 - $150,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
