What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma The primary mission of theProject Manager is tobe responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage molding projects, ensuring all project objectives are met. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. What you will bring on the journey Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the molding or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Travel: 20% Skills/Abilities Team player Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, engaged, and able to learn quickly Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
