We are seeking a C5I Test Coordinator.

This role is located on-site in San Diego, CA.

This position serves as the C5I Test Coordinator and provides overarching coordination for planning and execution of the C5I Integrated Testing Process (C5ITP) during CNO Availabilities. Represents the CSO and works closely with the Ship's TRIAD, Project Team, and Ship's Force.

* The C5ITC participates in all Project Team advance planning, and coordinates with organizations such as NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, PEO IWS, PEO CARRIERS, NSWCs, Public and Private Shipyards (as applicable), SUPSHIP, NSA, Ship's Force, and RMCs to ensure that all C5I test procedures are incorporated into the C5I Integrated Test Plan (ITP).

* The C5ITC ensures that the ITP is supportable and complete, through in-depth review of all modernization and maintenance work occurring during that availability, including AIT POA&Ms, TYCOM SCDs, Intermediate and Depot level overhauls, etc.

* The C5ITC works with NSA and CSMC for C5I testing coordination, execution, and status reporting.

* The candidate will participate in monthly Advance Planning Meetings (APM).

* Respond to action items, follow up with modernization and maintenance providers, and make changes to the ITP as appropriate.

* Participate in MRA meetings and teleconferences.

* Respond to action items, follow up with modernization and maintenance providers, make changes to the ITP as appropriate.

* Coordinate with Ship's CSMC, Ship's Force and AITs to develop a PICO plan.

* Coordinate PICO execution and follow up with assessment reports.

* Participate in Project Review Conferences (PRCs) and respond to assigned action items.

* Participate in the initial Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD), IPTD2, and IPTD3 conferences with Ship's CSMC and NSA.

* Provide the ITP to the Project between A-3 and A-(9) Maintain ITP as a living document throughout the availability and ensure that any changes are passed to the WIM/NSA for incorporation into the MIS.

* Prepare periodic status reports as necessary, based on changes to the ITP.

* Coordinate scheduling of ship visits for: Consolidated Software Delivery (CSD), as authorized by Initial Platform Certification Decision (IPCD), Combat System Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) ship check, for building red-lines, Training Operational Sequencing System (TOSS) ship check, for incorporating into CSOSS Book 7, Battle Force Tactical Trainer, verification and alignment of various Warfare System sensors, Red lining / developing Combat System Interface Diagrams (CSIDs), CSSQT Team visit to coordinate pre-CSSQT events during availability, Develop and maintain the ITP to establish the sequenced C5I test schedule.
