Inside the Role Provides on-site technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support.Posting Information We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's degree with a focus in Computer Science or Management Information systems. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
