Technical Writer III

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.

Technical Writer III Job Description:

The Technical Writer candidate needs to have experience developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation and U.S. Navy Technical Manuals.

Technical Writer III Required Tasks:

* Experience should include editing and reviewing technical materials in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship HM&E and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.

* The candidate may be required to work NNPI on-site at a Government facility.

Technical Writer III Additional Requirements:

* High school, trade, industrial school, or GED equivalent, ten (10) years of experience.

* Must be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.

* Proactive/self-starter. Task driven with ability to work independently.

* Team player that takes ownership and develops relationships with the team members which fosters team success.

Job Location:Manassas, VA; Norfolk, VA or Remote(Relocation Assistance Available)
