Credit Analyst Team Lead

Mascoma Bank is looking for a Commercial Credit Analyst Team Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the credit quality of the commercial loan portfolio through the management of a team of commercial credit analysts, the writing of and review of financial analyses of new and existing borrowers and by adhering to loan policy and regulatory guidance as it relates to loan portfolio safety and soundness. This role performs a variety of duties to support the Commercial Lenders, in determining a customer's credit worthiness.

As the Commercial Credit Analyst Team Lead you will possess at least three years of progressive commercial credit analyst experience including the training of credit analysts. Experience leading a remote team using is required is needed in this role. A college degree or equivalent amount of experience and education is preferred. Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs, CreditQuest and Jack Henry is needed. All Mascoma Bank team members must always maintain confidentiality and privacy.

This position can be performed hybrid or in office out of our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT.
