To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting all operational aspects of marketing including budget, contracts, and campaign execution. This person will report to the Director, Marketing Operations.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Campaign Execution and Support

  • Manage and control the workflow of all internal marketing projects & brand campaigns from inception to completion to ensure work is completed on time, on budget and meeting quality expectations.
  • Develop & maintain Master Work Plan including project schedule, tasks, budgets and assigned resources.
  • Anticipate issues and risks associated with timelines, budgets and resourcing and identify solutions on all issues so projects do not stall or fall out of scope.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Shared Services to develop project plan documents for campaigns, which includes identifying key resources as needed and ensuring projects are properly estimated within the overall marketing workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal work teams to develop campaigns, campaign assets, and other go-to-market deliverables, including planning timeline and calendars.
  • Initiate and conduct formal internal meetings to secure full team input and approval-outlining next steps and responsibilities for internal resources to complete tasks and campaign milestones for campaigns.
  • Manage project revision process, acquiring feedback from key stakeholders, consolidating into succinct revision order and delivering to project stakeholders-ensuring completion and accuracy of revisions.

Manage Marketing Financials

  • Manage the entire process of marketing financials by collaborating with the finance team to review, process, and track purchase requests and invoices. Ensure that our budget is adhered to and that payments are made on time with the necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and procurement to review and update contracts.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Operations in budget planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure financial alignment across all marketing activities.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management or related roles. Experience with a marketing project management tool, such as Asana, is preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
  • Must be flexible and self-directed with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, across marketing and business areas.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000to $90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
