Inside the Role

This position is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and performing timely payment cycles. This role also initiates the bank deposit process, facilitates vendor relations, supports month-end close and year-end reporting along with other tasks that align with the accounting department strategies.

Position offers a starting hourly pay of $24.25 - $31.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What you Drive at DTNA

  • Accurately verify and process invoices.

  • Ensure that invoices match to valid purchase orders and receipts.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.

  • Prepare and process domestic and international wire payments.

  • Process payment cycles including the upload of ACH payment files and printing checks.

  • Sorts and distributes emails in a centralized inbox.

  • Uploading checks for remote deposits.

  • Compiles data to create and update accounts payable dashboard.

  • Creates and updates documentation of accounting processes.

  • Provide innovative problem-solving skills to find new solutions to problems.

  • Work collaboratively with cross functional groups and departments as needed.

  • Provides ad hoc financial support.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a group setting.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Associate degree.

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Display strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
