This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Service Analyst Intern in Bridgewater, NJ with Signify.

• Drive our transformation program to be become the most customer centric organization in our industry
• Support our organizations transformation by defining and deploying the processes for Customer Service and Care
• Analyze and improve current processes to enhance customer satisfaction

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business analytics, or a related field

• Familiarity with Lean methodology and process improvement
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient within Microsoft Office

Pay Rate:$23 - $30 per hour (based on year of study)
