Job Description

The Integrated Solutions Coordinator is responsible for working with both our internal and external customers to ensure our security monitoring accounts are accurately setup with agreed to protocols and fully commissioned with the monitoring center before going live. This position will educate our customers on our products and services in order to maximize account efficiency. Completes system programming and assists with troubleshooting various issues. This position will also support with other account management responsibilities and data review requests as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Holds web meetings with customers to review security objectives and outline monitoring protocols based on scope of services.
  • Works with field resources to coordinate project details.
  • Programs various security devices to include cameras, analytics, access control, intercoms, robots, automation platforms, etc.
  • Completes new account setups and documents the details.
  • Addresses ongoing account issues and makes adjustments and updates where needed and required.
  • Field calls and answer questions from customers regarding account setup and other inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with troubleshooting various technical support issues such as cameras not connecting, doors not locking correctly, release buttons, readers, etc.
  • Works on other special projects as requested by monitoring center management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two-year's experience working inside of a monitoring center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Computer proficient with advanced capabilities to utilize MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet deadlines on multiple assignments/projects and operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Dedicated and focused; able to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals.
  • An independent and self-motivated professional with excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Ability to grow positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and ZenDesk

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Enrollment in our company's 401 (k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
