Volkswagen Group of America's 10 - week Summer Internship Program targets undergraduate students entering their Junior or Senior years who are eager to acquire practical, real-world experience in the automotive industry. Program Information:



  • 10-week Summer Internship Start Date (non-negotiable): June 2, 2025
  • Program Duration: June 2, 2024 - August 8, 2025

Role Summary:

The Product Satisfaction Intern will assist the team in analyzing over 200,000 customer verbatims throughout an AI language tool and create content that helps our project and engineering teams to prioritize counter measures for our entire model lineup. The results of this final data set will be presented to the NAR Board and Board of Management in Germany. The Intern will partake in creating these documents to be presented to the highest level within the organization.

Role Responsibilities:



  • Analyze customer feedback utilizing AI technology
  • Analyze large data sets
  • Draft documents for the executive leadership and interact with various business units within the organization

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
  • Strong GPA
  • Strong preference for business, operations or engineering related majors


Skills:



  • Microsoft skills, analytical and logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills
