RESPONSIBILITIES: Be visible to guests and owners in the breakfast room to assist as needed Set up and clean the dining area, breakfast buffet, and apres ski buffet Ensure buffet lines are maintained and kept full Assist with basic food preparation Coordinate purchasing of food and beverage with supervisor Bus tables and wash dishes Perform deep cleans of dining area and kitchen as needed Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Have or be willing to obtain a food handler permit Requires split shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
