Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for regulatory compliance in higher education? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your expertise helps institutions maintain the highest standards of excellence? We are seeking a Senior Licensing & Accreditation Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring our institutions remain compliant with state, federal, and accreditor regulations. In this role, you will oversee licensing approvals, provide expert regulatory guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance policies and procedures. What You'll Do:
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure institutions meet all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements by preparing, submitting, and tracking approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Data & Policy Analysis: Review and interpret regulations, assess institutional impact, and propose actionable solutions to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, faculty, and external agencies to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple complex projects, mentor new colleagues, and contribute to process improvements.
- : Assist in developing policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years in a federally or state-regulated environment (higher education licensing/accreditation experience preferred).
- Strong background in data analysis and compliance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory research tools.
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and ability to engage with senior leadership and external agencies.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
