Your Role At Vantive:

The Director Marketing Operations & Value Capture will be responsible for leading the Marketing Operations function for Vantive (United States), including Pricing & Deal Management, Supply Continuity, Value Capture, Digital Marketing programs, Marketing platforms, Event strategy, Marketing Performance dashboards/metrics, and the execution and budgetary responsibilities for these areas, with an annual budget of $6M+. This position will interact with and influence internal stakeholders, across multiple functions and will play a key role in influencing how we energize our Marketing team and shape our overall environment. The Director will manage a team of existing direct reports (currently a team of 4).

Your Team:

You will be part of a newly formed, growing team who supports Vantive's mission to extend lives and expand possibilities through our talent.

Responsibilities:

* Manage strategic, high-impact and tactical pricing and deal management matrix, partnering with Sales Leadership and Commercial Excellence teams to execute. Maintain overarching strategic approach to maintain long term relationship management of key accounts. (Impact ~$420M.)
* Rebuild Supply Continuity engagement and deployment activities to drive responsiveness from appropriate cross stakeholder functions, while prioritizing customer supply and issue resolution. (Impact ~$300M.)
* Identify and deliver multiple high impact value capture initiatives, driving value to top and bottom lines, in partnership with overall regional Value Capture goals. (Impact ~$20M.)
* Develop and maintain digital marketing programs that drive measurable value to each business, identifying, educating, and highlighting innovative programs that are accretive to the Vantive culture of best-in-class patient and business focus. (Impact ~$3M.)
* Build and maintain value add Marketing Platforms that multiply the impact of the marketing team, providing accessibility to both leadership and field teams to critical marketing messaging, information and metrics.
* Critically analyze current event participation and resource deployment, driving metrics around ROMI and business impact, enhancing where possible and cutting where necessary to drive optimization of spend in this area. (Impact ~$2.5M.)
* Develop Marketing performance dashboards and metrics for each business area to guide resource deployment and effectiveness, harmonizing critical areas of ROMI and business impact. (Impact ~$5M.)
* Closely manage budget for above. Develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of marketers by building effective processes and a collaborative culture.

Required Experience:

* 8 or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, finance operations, supply chain operations, or relevant experience. Cross functional experience is a plus.
* Experience managing and leading a team of direct reports
* Proven track record in successfully launching new initiatives and managing project teams.
* Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic or international)

Preferred Experience:

* Master's degree
* Healthcare, medical devices, medical technology, or pharmaceutical industry experience is a benefit but is not required
* Project management certification or related skills
* Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude as this role will interact with multiple cross-functional platforms. Example: CRM tools.
* Background in strategic planning and business development helpful
* Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
* Solid track record in leading projects to successful completion and leading experienced teams (internal and external resources)
* Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
* Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging and branding campaigns
* Strong skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, and creative product/program development

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $184,000 - $253,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
