What you'll do

The web team's goal is to create phenomenal user experiences that inform and excite our visitors and ultimately convert them to users of our product. You'll help build our brand and increase our user base by contributing in the following ways:



  • Ensure consistent, high-quality design across all external and internal web content.
  • Lead the end-to-end web authoring of designs for marketing experiences, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
  • Partner closely with colleagues to advise team processes and best practices.
  • Be involved with producing wireframes, prototypes to present a concept to partners and collect feedback to improve your designs.
  • Partner with writers and other marketers to understand and translate brand and business strategies into successful creative outcomes.
  • Be an informed and vocal to create excellent design and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines consistently, and champion projects from concept to completion in a dynamic environment.
  • Improve the reliability and speed to delivery of new features and iterations via A/B testing, operational insights, and deep understanding of the user behavior on the site.
  • Identify blockers and work across teams to resolve issues.


This role requires



  • At least 3 years of Drupal. WordPress or other CMS experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or BFA in Graphic Design or related field) or 4+ years professional work experience
  • Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 and the ability to learn the team's end-to-end style guide and adapt it to page building
  • Strong attention to detail and self-starter
  • Online portfolio of outstanding work showcasing your creative thinking skills
  • Solid knowledge of design principles, type, pacing, and hierarchy as it relates to the web
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering accurate copy / imagery in the Drupal production environment at a regular cadence using Agile techniques, tools and methodologies
  • Having a collaborative work style that includes colleagues in important decisions
  • Leads stakeholder training and self-service In Drupal
  • Fluency in English
  • SEO knowledge.


Bonus points if you have



  • Familiarity with Figma, CSS, Eleventy, and/or Svelte JS.
  • Familiarity working at enterprise scale across several tech stacks and partner teams.
  • Experience in technical mentorship and support for helping level-up the skills of colleagues on the team.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
