The Team: Risk & Regulatory - Enterprise Risk and Automated Control Solutions (ERACS)

Our team is comprised of a powerful mix of seasoned professionals with public accounting experience and business consultants with a deep expertise in a broad range of industries and focus areas. We take a comprehensive approach to help clients navigate through internal audit, risk, and compliance activities. We work as a broader team to address a wide range of business needs across the organization.

Your Impact

Provide Oracle Cloud IT automated controls (ITAC), GRC and security controls integration support to clients of our growing Risk and Regulatory practice. Serve in a client-facing and field team leader role by leading defined work streams focused on Oracle Cloud IT risk. Activities include:



  • Identify internal controls issues within our clients' Oracle Cloud environment and design and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Design and Implement security, automated control and GRC solutions for Oracle Cloud.
  • Design and implement continuous controls monitoring (CCM) solutions for Oracle Cloud.
  • Develop understanding of core Oracle Cloud processes and look for opportunities to help management in gaining process efficiencies and control optimization through tools such as
  • Summarize and document results of Oracle Cloud internal controls testing for management reporting including proper disposition of test exceptions.
  • Assist clients redesign and transform their Oracle Cloud risk management and related technical controls to achieve their compliance goals.
  • Responsible for defining and leading IT and business process change initiatives across functional areas.
  • Drive solutions that improve business processes, develop new capabilities that improve effectiveness, drive cost efficiency or service improvements, and that support risk reduction & revenue generation. This includes ensuring that cross functional processes are optimized, automated, and integrated within Oracle Cloud.
  • Part of an essential systems and process center of excellence ensuring connected business process throughout the Organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement through measurement and monitoring of key process KPI's and benchmarks and will work collaboratively with Development and Business Intelligence teams to deliver insightful data to business teams.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 2+ years of Oracle Cloud experience as either an implementor or auditor. Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud including the ability to design and implement security and evaluate Oracle Cloud IT and business process configurations and customizations.
  • Experience with designing and implementing Oracle GRC solutions.
  • Knowledge of SOX Compliance Requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting information systems, ERP systems, Business IT or related Engineering Degree.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of ERP GRC tools and related processes.
  • Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.
  • Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.


Preferred Qualifications



  • CPA, CISA, or CIA certification.
  • Oracle Risk Management Cloud experience. Specifically, Advanced Access Controls (AAC) Cloud Service.
  • Big 4 experience.
