HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Follow Goldman Sachs best practices and work alongside other team members to lead corporate program onboarding
- Help design and implement corporate programs as defined by our Sales and Relationship Management teams
- Ensure corporate program onboarding information and status is appropriately documented and memorialized
- Host regular onboarding meetings with the corporate programs you are implementing; set regular agendas for meetings, document follow up and communicate key takeaways to all interested parties
- Support corporate client requests as appropriate post-onboarding
- Obtain and process eligibility data in support of our corporate programs
- Ongoing support for our regional advisors and ambassador marketing team's sales efforts by maintaining data within our systems
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality when processing and reviewing data
- Effectively communicate progress and escalate risks and headwinds to more senior team members and/or management
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as our business areas and product management teams

(DC) and West Palm Beach (FL) QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required, with major coursework in project management or other business-related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the professional services, operations, working within CRM system and with external clients
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Ayco's high work quality standards
- Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle requests with a sense of urgency (will often be working under deadlines
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Benefits
