From a client solutions perspective, the Director is responsible for supporting key client reviews for opportunities to elevate the client experience, overseeing Client Solutions professionals who strive in implementing the principles of Legal Project Management.

The Director will be a critical addition to the department as it is shaped to meet the operational and client-focused needs of the firm. This includes a strong perspective on change management and implementing operational efficiency, identifying areas to streamline recurring activities. This focus will enable the Department's professionals to shift from task-based execution to strategic implementation, elevating the value and impact to the firm and our clients.

The Director will also work alongside Practice Management Department Leadership, Division and Practice Group Leadership to develop and execute on other strategic initiatives relevant to the Firm's performance strategy.
