Temple University's College of Education is searching for an Enrollment Management Coordinator.

Salary Grade: T24

Job Summary:

The Enrollment Management Coordinator supports the execution of strategic enrollment and marketing and communication initiatives to increase student enrollment in the College of Education and Human Development. The Coordinator executes prospect management and leads cultivation activities through strategic outreach initiatives, assists with recruitment activities and communication campaigns and provides a superior service to inquiries from prospective students, faculty, and other stakeholders. The Enrollment Management Coordinator utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and integrated systems for the accurate and effective execution of prospect management and applicant communications. The Enrollment Management Coordinator manages all applicant document uploading and indexing to ensure application accuracy. Additionally, this position will be required to provide support for on-campus and/or virtual undergraduate and graduate student recruitment and yield activities. The Coordinator represents the College of Education and Human Development to promote new enrollment growth in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Serves as a member of both the recruitment and operations teams. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment Management or designee.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and at least two years of enrollment management and/or related student services experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Ability to interact with students, faculty and administrators requiring intensive concentration and excellent listening skills.
  • Must demonstrate high-level of attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Must prioritize well and focus on completion of tasks and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate competence with and ability to effectively use computers, related software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills; demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and objective customer service approach.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to main a positive and objective customer service approach.
  • Must have reliable transportation that is outside of public transportation for travel to recruitment fairs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.


Preferred



  • Experience using Banner SIS.
  • Experience using an enrollment management customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    Experience using Slate CRM.
    Experience using Ellucian CRM Recruit.
  • Event management experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
