Position Summary and Responsibilities:

Ben E. Keith has an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented technical engineer who enjoys assisting internal

customers derive value from our digital footprint. A successful DWE will enjoy solving technical challenges that enable

enhanced productivity using end-user computing technology. Our ideal candidate will bring a breadth of experience

configuring and implementing computing technologies that simplify the work lives of our diverse set of internal

customers. Specifically, s/he will have mastered the Microsoft ecosystem of end-user computing systems and tools,

including (but not limited to) Windows 10/11, M365, Defender, Intune, and Teams/Admin/Phones. This individual will also

be responsible for ensuring non-Microsoft tools and applications are engineered to adhere to our core set of operating

and computing standards.

A day in the life of a Digital Workplace Engineer could include activities such as:

* Serving as a Level 2 support engineer, resolving end-user computing issues

* Participate in incident triage sessions, applying expertise to drive to incident resolution and the creation of RCA

documentation.

* Present continuous improvement opportunities where applicable in the Microsoft ecosystem.

* Apply expertise in the daily operations of Microsoft Teams Admin/Phone

* Promote the adoption of the Office 365 product suite through various educational channels (i.e. webinars, lunch &

learns, video vignettes, etc.)

* Drive standardization and automation within the Windows end-point ecosystem

* Apply expertise in Security operations to maintain and improve our security posture.

* Serve as an 'on-call' support engineer on a pre-determined schedule

Job Qualifications:

* 5 years supporting the Windows Operating System (Win10/11)

* 5 years supporting the Microsoft Office (M365) set of applications and tools

* 2 years leveraging Intune (SCCM) to apply endpoint configuration standards in an enterprise

* 2 years supporting Microsoft Teams/Admin and Teams Voice in an enterprise

* 2 years supporting the Microsoft endpoint protection security platforms (i.e. Defender)

* 2 years designing and configuring security operations best practices

* 2 years administering and supporting cloud-centric Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

* 2 years of leading and participating in technical triage sessions

* Extraordinary analytical skills, with a keen eye on minimizing business impact during incidents

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Affinity for learning new technologies and applying those learnings to enhance the organization
