Senior Director, Talent Management

If you have a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies, and you are a strategic thinker with experience in driving strategy and frameworks for implementation, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

As the Senior Director of Talent Management, you will lead the Talent Management Center of Expertise, spearheading the development and execution of strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will oversee leadership and management development, colleague engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or relevant, equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of talent management experience

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, aligned with organizations strategic long-term goals
  • Develop and execute leadership development programs
  • Design and implement career development and succession planning frameworks
  • Lead performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to understand talent needs and priorities, building strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Leverage data and analytics to define performance metrics and assess talent program effectiveness, delivering regular insights
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the colleague engagement survey, managing insights and corporate trends in collaboration with the third-party vendor, HRBPs, and senior leadership
  • Develop and implement effective DEIB strategies by promoting equitable practices, fostering belonging, and integrating diverse perspectives into the organization's culture and decision-making
  • Lead and oversee Clarivate's global Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), providing strategic direction and driving initiatives to foster inclusion and diversity across the organization

As the Sr. Director, you will have 3 direct reports with a total span of 7 colleagues (5 in the US, 2 in Spain)

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

This is a hybrid position working in the office 2-3 days a week.
