The Role

The HR Systems Support Administrator is responsible for key maintenance and coordination activities across Avanos' landscape of various HR systems and support tools. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, providing testing/technical support, generating reports to support various HR operations, and maintaining the HR Case Management environment with triaging, process development/refinement, and SLA tracking.

The HR Systems Support Administrator will also be exposed to meaningful and challenging work, with the opportunity to develop professional skills ina supportive environment. The role will work closely with a team of experienced professionals who will help guide through tasks and help navigate the complexities of the role. This position is designed to provide real accountability, as well as the opportunity to expand HR business and HR technology expertise in a meaningful and impactful way.

This is a hybrid role located in Alpharetta, GA.

Job Roles and Responsibilities



  • Work with HRIS and HR Data & Process Teams to perform HR Case Management admin tasks, including maintenance of items like support categories/sub-categories, workflows, and triaging cases across the various HR COE groups
  • Support key administrative tasks in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite of products as assigned, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other users of the various HR Systems
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations
  • Collaborate with HRIS team to support system upgrades and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner
  • Document any new or update existing processes and procedures across various Avanos HR systems (e.g., HR Case Management tool, SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, HR Data & Analytics tool, etc.)
  • Assist with testing of new or existing HR technologies and systems, as applicable
  • Partner with COEs and HR Business Partners on new functionality roll outs and automated processes.



Your Qualifications

Required



  • Years of experience: 2+ years HR systems experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or General Business/related field
  • Proven experience as an HR/HRIS/IT Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
  • Medium-proficiency in the most common HRIS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday)
  • Foundational understanding of various cloud applications and processes (e.g. Case Management, Recruiting, Payroll solutions, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities



Preferred



  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Experience configuring case management tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Experience working in a regulated industry environment
