About The Role

Under general supervision this position is responsible for the day-to-day servicing and support of all Treasury Management products, serving as a key contact person for business related customer requests. Educates customers in the risks and requirements of treasury management services. Is responsible for maintaining current and proper documentation in the portfolio. Reviews all documentation and set-ups for completeness and accuracy.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITES AND DUTIES:
  • Provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to clients and bank personnel
  • Handles the set-up and onboarding of all Treasury Management and Commercial payment products.
  • Assist in the development of employee and customer training materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Provide technical support and answer more complex deposit related questions.
  • Provide technical support of proper formatting for both positive pay and ACH files for customer upload including NACHA and (soon) ISO 20022 formats.
  • Install equipment and train customers on all treasury management products.
  • Maintain and set up service fees based on the schedule of fees in the customer agreement.
  • Maintain Analysis Accounts, i.e. perform final maintenance on the accounts after opening; Master & Associate relationships, Combined or Group Analysis, Net Charges, Delay Periods, Settlement Periods, Waiving Charges, Account Analysis fee posting.
  • Assist Sales efforts as needed by informing clients and staff of products and services to existing and prospective customers within normal daily functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers, branch staff, and other bank partners
  • Monitor inventory of equipment to maintain a proper supply for the treasury management department.
  • Prepare required documentation for temporary and permanent increase requests for treasury management services, submit to supervisor for approval or denial.
  • Remain informed of all Bank products and services to uncover sales opportunities and refer business, when necessary, to the appropriate person for follow up and close of sale.
  • Ensure that proper records are maintained, and that safeguards and systems are in place for retention and storage as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer financial information.
  • Remain informed of and conform to all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job

About You

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years banking experience
  • 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Understanding of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence and telephone communication.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently and deliver in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Experience with Jack Henry preferred
  • ACH Operating rules
