Position Summary

We are currently looking for someone to join our team and be responsible for media and data processes as required by the client across all media channels. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in Client Operations plus either Media Planning, Media Buying or Ad Operations. They work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment, understand the sense of urgency and attention to detail inherent in delivering successful media campaigns and the importance of delivering data that is cleansed, harmonized, and accurate.

This is a pivotal role within our rapidly growing team of experienced specialists and must support the team/client as follows:



  • Create and document media activation best practices
  • Leverage knowledge of Media Planning, Buying & Operations to identify and develop process enhancements to drive efficiencies across client operations managed workstreams
  • Roll out of any new processes created by the central team or for new tools adopted
  • Find solutions for non-compliance and updating processes to drive further adoption
  • Responsible for data sources and quality of data reported
  • Governance of weekly processes to ensure Planned & Ordered systems are aligning across budgets and other channel classifications (i.e. Internal WMS)
  • Support and guide junior team members in management of QA tools and process compliance
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts, with support of leadership
  • Project Manage internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are met


Key Responsibilities



  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity across multiple client deliverables (Budget Documents, Audit Deliverables, Actualization Deliverables etc.)
  • Internal lead for Online Actualization processes (incl. stewardship of internal communications, detailed QA & problem solving, as well as finding solutions or recommendations for future process improvements)
  • Internal lead for E2E taxonomy process and implementation, incl. knowledge and understanding of all levels of taxonomy outside of E2E and their impacts to the process (both upstream and downstream)
  • Liaison between various internal stakeholders, exhibiting a keen understanding of internal crafts to identify the appropriate internal stakeholders when workstreams/questions require internal collaboration
  • Oversee the internal financial and budget processes
  • Support and guide junior team members to produce optimal work and promote upward growth
  • Coordinate and ensure standardized set up across all media channels
  • Ensure standard of knowledge across all tools and platforms used is consistent across the teams
  • Identify opportunities to implement new processes and tools to create efficiencies across teams



Required Skills & Experience



  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Ability to independently investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to priorities multiple tasks under pressure
  • Strong Excel proficiency is required
  • Knowledge of media tools (Guideline Planning, Mediaocean - Prisma/MBOX) is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment



Desired Skills and Experience



  • 4+ years' experience with digital operations processes
  • Previous experience managing a teams of 3+ people
  • Be a highly motivated team player

The salary range for this position is posted below.
