Information Coordinator

Job Summary

The Information Coordinator position collects daily information from meters throughout the facility, performs data entry and helps in the plant daily operations under management supervision.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Completes daily logs that are kept for cGMP's.
• Responsible for observing all Company safety rules and regulations, recognize safety as top Company priority
• Follows plant cGMP policies.
• Knowledge of water treatment facility.
• Assist with training of other plant personnel on cGMP policies.
• Maintains clean, neat and orderly work areas at all times.
• Responsible for using assigned safety equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses or goggles, ear plugs and responsible for being familiar with and observing all Company safety rules and regulations.
• Attends regularly scheduled safety meetings and may be asked to serve on Safety Committee.
• Performs Chemical Inventory
• Communicates daily findings with EHS Coordinator
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Team player; works well with others.
• Detail oriented; well organized; ability to multi-task.
• Good math skills.

Preferred Quals:

• 2yrs+ manufacturing experience
• OSHA-10 certification
• AA/AA degree
• Maintenance and/or wastewater experience a plus

Education/Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to push, pull, move or lift up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in a rendering facility which requires tolerance for wet, dry dusty and or slippery floors and high heat or cold temperatures.
