We are seeking an accomplished, highly skilled, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer, and on a lighter basis to our Chief People Officer. As a pivotal member of our rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in influencing the success of our organization. This role requires someone who excels in intricate planning, overseeing complex logistics, has event planning instincts and expresses extremely strong written and oral communication skills. Your impact more specifically aligned with our company values: Deliver Results: Maximize the leverage and impact of key Omada executives through your diligence, advanced planning, and thoughtfulness for every detail. Lead coordination efforts for meetings and major company events, providing seamless logistical and strategic support. Act as a core ambassador of the Omada brand and critical communication conduit, effectively interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to represent the organization's values and mission. Collaborate closely with executives to spearhead special projects, providing strategic input and driving results. Personally manage activities at strategic meetings and events, coordinating major communication efforts at high-profile functions. Qualifications:

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $142,324 - $177,900*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $136,136 - $170,200*. Other states may vary.
