THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the House Person at Bellagio to assist the Guestroom Attendants.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.4125 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas to uphold property standards. Regularly clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, and ash urns while ensuring marble or tile floors are mopped and spotless. Deliver guest-requested items, including refrigerators, pillows, rollaway beds, and cribs, promptly and efficiently. Remove trash and linen from Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor and replenish inventory supplies in assigned storage lockers to ensure consistent stock levels. Adhere to safety protocols, including Quick Flood Response procedures, general cleaning, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping tasks. Maintain restrooms, vacuum hallways and lobbies, clean stairwells, lockers, and remove marks from wallpaper and hall railings for a pristine environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language. Experience in a related field. Experience in a similar resort setting.
