Danfoss is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Regional Marketing Communication, Americas to lead our regional MarCom team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of talented MarCom specialists, spearhead strategic projects, play a pivotal role in strengthening our market visibility, enhancing partner marketing, and fueling our sales strategy across the region. You'll be the bridge between our global vision and regional execution, ensuring alignment while maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
In this role, you can expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time. This role will also require being on site in the Loves Park facility at least 2-3 days per week. Background & Skills
