UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead UX Design Initiatives - Define design work, deliver impactful user experiences, and drive business outcomes across multiple product teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers to create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
• Design Across Channels - Create web and native experiences while ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Utilize Data-Driven Insights - Work with user research to gather qualitative and quantitative data, identify recurring themes, and make evidence-based design decisions.
• Contribute to Design Systems - Understand and enhance design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Advocate for UX Best Practices - Promote design thinking, user-centered methodologies, and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 7-10+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Degree in interactive design, industrial design, human factors, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering value in digital products.
• Experience conducting or utilizing user research to inform design decisions.
• Online portfolio required to showcase UX design skills.

Skills:

• Expertise in visual design, information architecture, prototyping, and user research.
• Ability to design across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication skills-comfortable writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions at all levels.
• Understanding of front-end development principles for effective collaboration with engineers.
• Experience contributing to and enhancing design systems for scalability and consistency.
• Passion for problem-solving, user-centered design, and crafting meaningful experiences.
