Responsibilities:

  • Intralox is seeking a highly organized and process-driven person to serve as a Supply Management Analyst (SMA) supporting Intralox's Research and Development manufacturing lane.
  • The ideal candidate will need to possess a sense of urgency and be comfortable working with large data sets given the technical and analytical requirements.
  • Analyzes Engineering, Scheduling and Supply Chain data to support and improve Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning and operations in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Creates, adjusts and expedites purchase orders; manages them throughout their lifecycle -$40,000 to $150,000 weekly.
  • Utilizes Oracle ERP and Operational Dashboards to identify inefficiencies, execute root-cause analysis (RCA) and submit business process change requests.
  • Works with R&DTO Project Managers on production forecasting; executes purchase orders and manages parts flow through receipt.
  • Collaborates with Project Management, Mechanical Engineering and Production Scheduling to optimize interdependent processes ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete and on-time
  • Identifies slow moving inventory and manages it with Accounting and Materials teams.
  • Develops and execute Laitram Continuous Improvement (LCI) projects to enhance SCM.
  • Creates discrete contract manufacturing job within Oracle and define bill, routing, scheduling assembly start and completion date.
  • Expands R&DTO supplier base by identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
  • Identifies cost savings opportunities, drives cost initiatives, and negotiates prices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Supply Chain or Business.
  • At least three (3) years of supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on buying/purchasing/procurement.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management.
  • Must be a self-managed, hard-working, self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans

Salary Range $55,400 to $121,100
