Position Overview

The Alliances Associate Intern will support the strategic alliances team in managing and growing key partnerships that drive revenue, brand awareness, and market expansion for C1. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in partner relationship management, go-to-market strategy, and business development within the tech industry. The intern will assist in coordination efforts, data analysis, event planning, and tracking key partnership initiatives.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Partner Coordination & Support

    Assist in managing day-to-day partner communications, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Support internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Help maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Assist in updating partner scorecards and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Gather and analyze pipeline data to provide insights on partner-driven revenue and deal progress.
  • Support internal reporting by organizing data for QBRs and leadership updates.

Event & Marketing Support

  • Assist in coordinating partner-sponsored events, webinars, and field activities.
  • Work with marketing to ensure proper execution of joint campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Track event outcomes and compile post-event analysis reports.

Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct research on key partners, competitors, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities based on industry trends and market demands.

Internal Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partnership goals are aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal ecosystem calls to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Help document and refine best practices for alliance management.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
