YOUR ROLE:

The Director, Experience Strategy at KERN is responsible for developing and leading CX and direct response marketing strategy for existing clients as well as new business opportunities. The selected candidate is expected to utilize data and best practices to develop innovative customer-centric experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work with key partners and disciplines to develop a comprehensive understanding of the audience, market/category trends, and business goals to shape a cohesive omnichannel strategy
  • Partner with data, research, and business teams to conduct research, gather insights and translate them into actionable design strategies, measuring effectiveness
  • Evaluate concepts, provide creative direction and strategic partnership
  • Evolve practices to lead towards more efficient, effective, and innovative work across teams
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on best practices and professional growth
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team


REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Expertise driving strategic alignment, prioritization, and requirement gathering with a diverse range of internal partners and clients
  • Has led teams through the development of personas, journey maps, and comms plans to shape and guide communications
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations to engage clients and drive alignment
  • Inquisitive in pursuit of excellence with a passion for learning and evolving
  • Ability to successfully lead teams



Our Hybrid Work Model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
