SUMMARY

The Emergency Services Charge Resource Nurse is responsible for optimizing and coordinating emergency healthcare resources. This position involves facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among emergency services staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. The Emergency Services Resource Nurse plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall quality and responsiveness of emergency medical services. The Emergency Services Resource Nurse is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Three (3) years of job related experience required
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • PALS
  • TNCC
