Apply advanced data segmentation and utilize Data Extensions to enhance personalization. Insights and Recommendations: Regularly interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on audience targeting, content personalization, and journey optimization, aligning with business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to synchronize digital marketing efforts and ensure efficient use of SFMC and Health Cloud tools.
