Guest Room Attendant - MGM Springfield

Join our dynamic team at MGM Springfield as a Guest Room Attendant, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high hospitality standards. Your key responsibilities will involve meticulously cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay at our exclusive hotel.

STARTING RATE: $17.65 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms, make beds, vacuum, empty trash, dust all surfaces.
• Adhere to the room classification checklist to maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and promptly report any unusual room conditions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
