Hourly pay rate: $20.00-$21.25

About this position:
  • Foster emotional connections with children through engaging activities.
  • Open and manage the Family Club room for children aged 4-10.
  • Ensure proper sign-in/out procedures.
  • Manage charges for children's time in the room.
  • Supervise up to 6 children while maintaining a clean environment.
  • Adhere to Marriott Brand Standards for guest safety.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with associates, management, and guests.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to core values.
  • Any other additional responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge preferred.
  • Positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • Auditory and visual acuity for equipment operation.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and speak for extended periods.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Compliance with hotel rules and regulations is mandatory.
