Hourly pay rate: $20.00-$21.25 About this position:* Foster emotional connections with children through engaging activities. Open and manage the Family Club room for children aged 4-10. Ensure proper sign-in/out procedures. Manage charges for children's time in the room. Supervise up to 6 children while maintaining a clean environment. Adhere to Marriott Brand Standards for guest safety. Communicate courteously and professionally with associates, management, and guests. Complete assigned tasks according to core values. Any other additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with children. CPR certification preferred. Hospitality industry knowledge preferred. Positive attitude and professionalism. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. Auditory and visual acuity for equipment operation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and speak for extended periods. Regular attendance is essential. Compliance with hotel rules and regulations is mandatory.
