This position provides high-quality, professional customer service to internal and external customers. In addition, this position will have specific responsibility for loan processing, the second chance Pell program and financial aid outreach activities. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide administrative and advising functions to support the student financial aid process. 2. Coordinator of Federal student loans and private loan programs. 3. Second Chance Pell Program. 4. Outreach Coordination. 5. Participate in providing support for front desk coverage in the Student Affairs Center at the Faribault Campus Minimum Qualifications
