About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Analyst to join our PharmBio team. In this role, you will support our manufacturing, quality, and labeling systems through application implementation, configuration, analysis, patches, upgrades, and testing. You will have the opportunity to shape our future technology roadmap and participate in the selection of new software packages. This position is perfect for someone eager to leverage and expand their skill set by working on multiple applications that are slated for replacement in the coming years. This position will be located at ourfacility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Pay and Benefits:
- $80,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the IT Application Owner for one or more applications in Gore PharmBio's application portfolio, including, but not limited to our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure the performance, lifecycle planning, compliance, and security of these applications, and that the respective functional/administrative teams document and maintain application records
- Perform application administration activities to support and maintain the application(s)
- Become a subject matter expert for the owned and supported applications, with a comprehensive understanding of their architecture,data protection and disaster recoveryprocesses, procedures, contracts,andsupport arrangements
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for the owned and supported applications, including escalation to vendor support as necessary
- Act as a representative ofone or moreapplications, partnering with the business and IT stakeholders to coordinate the necessary IT services to ensure effective engagement between the business process and IT
- For qualified or validated applications serving regulated business functions, partner with the Software Quality team to create and maintain the necessary documentation and testing processes to keep the application in a qualified/validated state
- Follow relevant IT processes (e.g. SDLC, ITIL) and develop and maintain technical documentation including specifications, test documents and scripts
- Participate in Enterprise Architecture process by understanding, following, and contributing to the selection process for hardware and software packages
- Own or support any major application changes or upgrades through the entire upgrade process, including new software & hardware installations/upgrades, necessary quality work, and the change processes in ServiceNow
- Maintain the ServiceNow artifacts for the owned applications, including the application CI, CI relationships, service catalog items, and standard change templates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or computer information or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT applications
- Minimum of 3 years hands on experience supporting MES (e.g.: Siemens TeamCenter, Camstar, Tulip) and/or PLM/QMS (e.g.: Oracle AgilePLM, Master Control, Sparta Sys)
- An understanding of various application architectures including client/server, web applications, database platforms, Software as a Service (SaaS)
- An understanding of how IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks, cloud, client application delivery) work together to support the foundational architecture of an IT application
- Experience supporting IT systems in a mature enterprise IT environment including the required IT Services Management components (Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.) and following IT processes (SDLC and ITIL)
- Experience working with customer stakeholders and providing excellent customer service in the context supporting customer-facing IT systems
- Experience working with IT vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, and working with vendor support organizations to meet customer needs
- Experience working with a diverse set of IT associates to leverage different skillsets in the support of an IT application (systems administrators, database administrators, data protection administrators, disaster recovery analysts, cloud engineers, client engineers, information security analyst, software quality analysts, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write technical documentation and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel 5%

- Experience managing global operations
- Experience influencing new technology/platform business case and selection
- Understanding of manufacturing/shop floor systems, supply chain and quality systems in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with global data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
