Job Description

TheMarket Executiveposition provides leadership of Private Wealth in a geographically distinct region, with a focus on investment management, private banking, and personal trust; establishes overall objectives and plans for the region; coordinates the activities of other Wealth Management Division departments; Acts as the senior Wealth Management officer in a region.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will direct and manage the work of team personnel in the functional areas of Investments, Private Wealth, and Personal Trust; you will determine work priorities and schedule work assignments; interview and recommend candidates; evaluate, hire, orient, coach, and train subordinate personnel; recommend associated personnel actions when necessary.
  • You will develop and implement strategies focused on seamless delivery of wealth management solutions to clients; ensure proper service levels to customers in compliance with sound banking and fiduciary practices, as well as BOKF policies and procedures.
  • You will coordinate activities of other Wealth Management Division departments, in collaboration with line of business managers, to effectively deliver Corporate Trust services, Retirement & Institutional Trust services, and Broker-Dealer services to the regional marketplace.
  • You will provide oversight in the management & retention of large or sensitive customer relationships, especially those of a more delicate or complex nature and confers with Trust Officers, Private Wealth Bankers, Financial Consultants, and external stakeholders regarding those accounts.
  • You will represent BOKF at a senior level in the regional marketplace by serving on various civic and charitable boards and committees.
  • You will coordinate corporate activities between the region and corporate to achieve efficient and profitable delivery of services to the client base. Market Executive may serve on regional or national wealth management governance committees, as appropriate.
  • You will assist in the development and implementation of the annual plan containing financial and non-financial strategic objectives deemed essential to division/corporate mission.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelors and 5 - 7 years of experience or an advanced post-graduate degree and/or professional certification (JD, CPA, CFA, CFP, etc.), and 3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in an investment advisory firm environment with significant background in investment strategy, portfolio design and modern portfolio theory.
  • Highly professional appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with portfolio accounting systems, CRMs and trade rebalancing software.
  • May carry FINRA licensure.
  • "If this candidate will represent the RIA, they must be licensed."
