We're looking for a full-time, staff Document Management Specialist, Projects to join our Day & Zimmermann team. Provides guidance and the supervision required to manage assigned proposal and project documents, both internal and external on EPC proposals and projects across all D&Z market sectors. Uses defined processes and procedures, consistency in execution and Continuous Improvement Program across proposals and projects. Contributes to the competitive environment and functions as the functional representative for developing and maintaining processes and procedures supporting the "D&Z Way." As the Document Management Specialist, here's the work you'll do:
* Responsible to manage the document management coordination team to successfully execute document management activities to support procurement and subcontracting during project development phase and project delivery on all assigned EPC projects. Ensure delivery of the project will meet or exceed financial, operational, quality, safety goals and customer retention for each market served. * Ensure effective technical and document control governance, procedures, and tools are established and maintained to support successful project delivery and operations. Evaluates site policies, operating procedures, instructions, and forms for format consistency * Effectively partner with functional areas to achieve shared goals, resolve conflicts, and establish/promote best practices and process improvement. Assist Project Managers with managing the process for preparation, formatting and distribution of contract deliverables * Conduct audits on compliance with applicable law, regulations and the company policies including the code of ethics and standard business conduct. Verify files are organized and consistent with naming conventions and project-specific filing structure and document control procedures * Lead training on Document Control systems, practices, and processes and procedures as needed. Manage Document Platforms and admin user's access. Provide input and guide development of workflow processes, standards, and documentation. * Associates degree or Relevant experience required; College degree preferred * 5+ years of relevant projects experience * Microsoft Office experience required In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,080 - $114,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
