CRI Advantage (CRI) is an IT Solutions and Services Provider currently seeking a fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help sell our ServiceNow solutions and associated consulting services. The work is primarily within commercial markets in various regions throughout the US. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential ServiceNow Clients within each of the market segments. The successful candidate for this position will develop and qualify target accounts, contact potential new accounts, coordinate, and schedule quality meetings with the CRI sales teams. Additionally, the SDR will support marketing campaigns and account development activities. The successful candidate for this position will also offer a proven track record of hunting and prospecting tenacity, diligence, and organization to penetrate and expand into new prospect companies to accelerate pipeline and sales velocity. SDR Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, email sequences, inbound lead follow-up, emails, social selling, and text
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development, collaboration, execution, and closure
- Engage in consultative dialogue to identify prospect's priority objectives, challenges, and strategic imperatives
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest in CRI offerings utilizing ZoomInfo customer intelligence application and other research vehicles
- Collect and nurture leads and build client relationships using HubSpot Marketing and Sales CRM
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with CRI Sales Executives to build solid pipeline and close deals
- Maintain all research, call, and data in HubSpot CRM
- Participate in the social strategy currently in place with CRI sales and marketing teamsAttend trade shows/events virtually and in-person as needed
- Complete CRM, Sales Intelligence and ServiceNow certifications within first 90 days
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience is required
- 6+ months experience selling technology software specifically ServiceNow is required
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- General understanding of Cloud Computing, SaaS offerings, and Professional Services
- Creative and customer focused mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate and differentiate yourself to customers
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing a multitude of calls per day
- Ability to exercise professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the company
- Ability to establish rapport via direct contact, calling, email social selling
- Strong questioning, listening and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and keep multiple commitments simultaneously
- Strong self-starter mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- A BA/BS is preferred
- 6+ months experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling preferred
- 6+ months experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
