Summary: Responsible for planning, execution, scheduling, and inspecting work that is performed on DDC/pneumatic equipment and controls, refrigerators, and HVAC systems. Capable of supervising, overseeing, and inspecting work performed; to include service calls, maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and RWAs, as related to all the HVAC equipment systems as outlined in this requirement. This includes cooling, heating, reheated, and humidity, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic instruments and controls. Oversees maintenance, diagnostic testing, dehumidification, air-conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems equipment. Responsible for scheduling, planning, supervising, and inspecting work performed throughout the numerous office spaces, computer rooms, laboratories and food storage facilities. Inspect all work during installation and upon final completion in conformance to the standards; in addition to having the ability to research and explain specifications, making recommendations for installation and requirements in assuring proper function of equipment. Performs other duties as required or directed by TT management. The Site Lead will have one license reimbursed by TII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Travel None. Work Authorization/Security Clearance DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Additional Qualifying Factors: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
