Our Team

We are looking for a motivated person to provide E/I planning support and field execution coordination to maintain various electrical, instrumentation, and analyzer equipment. Overall, this role is to support the site in all event phases, providing leadership, fostering team alignment, and integrating resources.

What You Will Do

* Planning of instrumentation and electrical work using best-in-class methods (i.e., field walk-downs, detailed step-outs, BOMs, flange tracking, estimating, pictures, long text descriptions, templates) to enable the craft to fully understand the scope of work and execute it safely and efficiently
* Review and develop asset strategy improvements related to preventive maintenance schedules for instrument, electrical, or analyzer systems
* Development of new procedures and updating of existing procedures
* Provide operations training to build capability within the team
* Support operations with the startup and shutdown of operating units
* Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend necessary preventative or corrective maintenance steps to ensure reliable equipment
* Provide support for DCS controls-related instrumentation
* Develop recommendations for upgrading instrumentation, electrical equipment, and analyzers
* Maintain accurate inspection and calibration reports and associated documentation

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* E/I planning experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility
* Basic understanding of electrical prints, loop sheets, schematic drawings, and P&IDs
* Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and inspecting equipment such as process valves, process instrumentation, or electrical equipment

What Will Put You Ahead

* 5 or more years of E/I planning experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility
* Associate degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Analyzer, or Process Technology
* Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as SAP
* Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Cause Analysis
* Turnaround planning and execution experience

Physical Requirements

* Required to wear any or all the following PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, goggles, hard hats, FRC, acid suits, breathing air, gloves, safety boots, respirators, ACR Flash suits, and encapsulated suits. PPE use is in accordance with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for a given task
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Ability to work in hot, cold, and inclement climate conditions
* Must be able to work in confined spaces with supplied breathing air and congested areas
* Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, ladders on vessels and columns, and ladders associated with scaffolds in excess of eighty feet
* Must be able to be on call
