***This position can be a hybrid or remote role based on the West Coast of the United States.***

Your technical expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service set you apart, and you thrive in navigating ambiguity while demonstrating sound judgment in resolving complex issues.

In this role, you will...

  • Drive competitive compensation strategies by evaluating existing programs, including annual salary survey participation, conducting market research, benchmarking, and analyzing trends to ensure best-in-class practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters.

  • Lead the annual regional merit and bonus process, overseeing program administration and configuring systems like Workday to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.

  • Enhance efficiency and compliance by developing and documenting streamlined processes aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Support the job evaluation and benchmarking process, partnering with HR and business leaders, and legal to ensure compliance, and uphold internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Support delivery of critical compensation projects, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and HRLT decision-makers.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (or related fields)

  • Experience working with a US Client base including FLSA, EEO-1, and compliance issues

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including managing large databases and creating Excel charts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and trends demonstrating excellent critical thinking skills

  • Experience with Job Architecture or Job Evaluation

  • Experience with Workday and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $90,000 - $ 120,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
