The Senior Director of Growth will be the driving force behind our accelerated expansion globally, leading the strategy and execution of all customer acquisition efforts. This person will oversee an eight-figure budget and manage a team of marketing managers to execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.

We are looking for a performance-driven leader with deep expertise in large scale Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and strong experience in Paid Social and mobile app/ mobile web marketing. This role requires a data-driven mindset comfortable with real-time monitoring, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts profitably in high-velocity, transaction-based environments.

What you'll do:

Customer Acquisition:



  • Manage and optimize a sizable marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across various channels to achieve ambitious acquisition goals.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven acquisition strategy across paid search (SEM), paid social, affiliate, and mobile to drive scalable growth with strong ROI.
  • Own campaign performance with hourly, daily, and weekly reporting cadences, continuously optimizing toward CAC, LTV, and other key performance metrics. Track customer funnel metrics and new customer rates on an hourly basis, making rapid adjustments to campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new channels (e.g., programmatic, influencer partnerships), and scale successful initiatives.


Leadership:



  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketing managers, fostering a culture of quick decision-making, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment focused on maximizing conversion to trial and paid outcomes
  • Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting/reforecasting process to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Analytics, and the rest of the Marketing org to align on growth strategies and optimize the end-to-end customer funnel.


Who you are:



  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, with a strong focus on customer acquisition at a transaction-based business (e-commerce, subscription services, fintech, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in SEM with hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns.
  • Strong background in Paid Social and mobile marketing with a track record of scaling these channels successfully.
  • Proven experience managing an eight-figure marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI working in environments where customer funnels and conversions are monitored hourly with expectations for optimization.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align acquisition strategies with Sales, Product, and Data teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive results with a test-and-learn approach.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
